Zoning Feasibility & Site Evaluation
What is the existing zoning of my property? Do I need to rezone to allow for what I want to build? These questions are easily answered through a visit or phone call to your local governing Municipality & Planning Department. Will the access to my property allow for an EcoTec Home to be hoisted and craned into place? Westco Construction can perform a simple assessment of this based on either a site visit or photographs of the property for more remote locations.
Building Design & Specifications
Next, we will work with you to finalize a home layout that suits your lot and personal needs. All the specifications and finishes will be determined at this time based on our wide variety of offerings.
Contract and deposit
A 25% deposit is required at the time of establishing a contract for the construction of your EcoTec Home.
Building Permits & Construction
All necessary documents will be submitted for Building Permit to allow for the prefabrication of your home to begin at our facility. Our construction method is very efficient and can be as quick as 6 to 8 weeks.
Site preparation & Servicing (excavation, power, sewer, water, access, foundation)
Any and all required site work can occur while your EcoTec Home is being built off site, adding to the time savings and minimizing disruption on site.
Delivery & Keys to your new home!
Once the construction and site preparations are complete, we will deliver, hoist and connect your EcoTec Home. Add a few finishing touches, and your home is now complete!
