EcoTec Homes is an innovative line of affordable, sustainable, quality homes built by Westco Construction Ltd. of Victoria, BC. Our EcoTec concept buildings make use of environmentally conscious materials and practices and are created locally, by locals. Where possible, materials for the homes are also sourced locally.
Westco Construction Ltd., incorporated in 2004, is actively involved in every project we take on, establishing long lasting relationships with our clients. Westco specializes in project management, wood framing, concrete forming and prefabrication technology. Adhering to expert building standards, we aim to provide the most professional management of your project.
We prefabricate our EcoTec Homes in our Sooke facility, just west of Victoria BC, and mainly serve the areas of Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands and the Lower Mainland. Our smart homes are the ideal solution for your new cabin, cottage, garden suite or small footprint home. After production, we deliver your EcoTec Home directly to your property and connect it to be ready for use.
